Need to train managers

Dear All

I need to impart training to engineers who have being promoted to managerial cadre. Can anyone help me listing out the kind of training to be imparted apart from

- Carrying out effective Performance Appraisals.
- How be good Managers?

Also if I can be provided with some resources towards training,
