HR Generalist Profile - Relationship Management

LakshmiGanesh Started The Discussion:

Dear Senior HR leaders

I have an overall experience of 9+years, out of which 7+years in HR line.( Recrutiment Consultany - 2.6 and resource management 5+ years)
This resource management profile has covered Employee relationship management aspects such as Handling Associate Induction, Aspiration management, People management, Issue Handling and Seperation process, except the C & B part of it.

Currently am interested to move to a Core HR role in a corporate, But i have attended couple of interviews and in both places they say no to my profile and they would feel comfortable to take a fresher instead of me.

Is there any opportunity for me to get into a HR generalist role at the same cadre currently am in, protecting my current CTC? If not, Please advice what course of action should i take to get into core HR role.

I am a qualified MBA with a Master's Dilpomo in HR from SYmbiosis.

Please help.

Regards

Lakshmi Ganesh
