Default Strategic HR practices to control Attrition

Hi there !!

Can someone put across certain strategic HR practices to be followed in order to control the level of attrition in the Sectors like ITeS. Whether the practices can be applied for all the industrial sectors or it varies from one to one...

Hi,

There is a 4 point formula that can be implemented in Industries to combat high attrition rates. I will just list it down below and I can conduct training on this (in detail) if you require.

The processes are as follows:

* The Transition state Theory which relates to roles of employees.
* Formation of an imaginary Organizational structure based on stability factor(Only for analyses purpose).
* Generating Patriotism.(Positive and Negative methods)
* More interaction between people/departments or very small changes in work culture.
