Hi All,

Kindly find the Practitioner's guide e- book on "Competency Mapping".
The book give insight about the following topics:

1) What are Competencies ? How they are link with performance, organization and employees issues.
2) Competency models.
3) Competency Implementation.
4) SMR model framework.

I think its mind boggling piece of work.....
