Re: Resume Management
Hi Ritu,

For a recruiter necessary to have the relevant resume with the remarks made by interviewer. You can maintain this data either in MS-excel or in MS-acess as well with the remarks, date and name of person who made the remark and finally what decision has been made. For hard copies you can divide all resumes in as per the division you have. Then make the sorting of all the resume in the category of Selected, Hold and Rejection. As per my knowledge you can dump 6 month older data.

Re: Resume Management
make 3 different files for storing data in hard copies as u have 3 dept make 3 files each for a dept. and divide it in 3 portions by book marking or place color strips to identify the rejeted , shortlisted or wats the case may be as u wish .while u can store resume data base for maximum 1 year no1 keep data older then 1 year.
