Dear all, Let me know that how recruiter convince to people to go for interview when people not so much interested to go? Pls give me answer of this question. Thanks & Regards, sagar sharma

Hi,

First one thing first of all one should not force the candidate to attend the interview. Because if a candidate is not willing to attend the interview means he may not be very in getting the job.

First try to understand the candidate and check his interest level for the opening.
