I have been a Marketing professional for >30yrs and was at a level of GM. I am in active consulting for >10yrs, providing services in Management, Marketing and Training. I should say that the ppts are no doubt interesting, irrespective of the source. One two comments I would like to leave.
1. All HR professionals really have to work for the final numbers of revenue earning vs. sharing. It is a good and sound thought for a young HR professional to come up the cadre.
2. HR plays a keen role in developing an effective organizational structure. It would be good to really play your role as a HR person to develop your skill sets in the actual sense of human resource management.
And the fact is that I have in my experience found very few HR professionals who really care for these real HR activities.
