Policies are generally for shift timings & breaks,misconduct,attendance rules, dress code,leaves, statutory obligations,non-disclosure,IJPs and appraisals to mention a few of them. So you can coordinate with your management and frame rules or guidelines for all such types of policies.

The initial policy will consist of details on recruitment and staffing, leave policies, discipline and General policies. I have been away from India for a while.
