Hi.. i am Deepa.. Doing a project on employee retention in my mba..if anyone could send me the questionnaire for employee retention it will be really greatful.
I would suggest you design a questionnaire by yourself based on the various reasons why people leave and why the rest stay. The reason being that most times when in an interview you talk of the project (for fresh out of college) the fact that you have designed a questionnaire leaves a good impression. There are lot of formats you can get from the internet and various books but whats the point in following those where all you do is probably customise or plainly administer the same to your population and draw conclusions.
You can prepare questionnair on the following points judge the work culture and feelings of the employees :
Respest being given
Recgonitions for the work done
Safe working conditions
Safety Items being provided
Recreational activities i.e get togather, company tours
Timley payment of dues
The above not the complete list. But the points shall give u the idea to prepare questionnaire.
