Dear All, Can anybody tell me if Management dosen't want to terminate the person accused of sexual harassment but at the same time want to teach him lesson and permanently get rid of this situations and give justice to victim, then what things can be done?
Like if somebody steals wood in Brick factory, the solution was to unload next lorry of wood truck at that robbers place. This thing made him ashamed of his act and he then stopped stealing from the factory.
You can tell that i am seeking some Gandhigiri type of solution. i want that type of solution with which he will not only in this organisation but elsewhere also will not repeat this act and other employees also get scared and warned against such types of deeds.
please reply as soon as possible

I dnt think marriage & say sorry will be a good idea.
As per the change of his role or demotion will be best way to teach him a lesson.
That sort of behaviour should be treated in a very serious & precise way.

my suggestion is just mail to all the employee who ever working in ur oranization regarding this issue, so that every employee will knw the real character of him, so that from the next day every employee will treat him in diffrent way as compared to regular days, so that he him self find guilty and motivate to force to give his resignation, so that if he joins in other organization also he will not dare to do these type of harassments

Give him a surprise
Take print out of his name like (Ram Bhaiya) and put it on notice board and also put the same into every employee desk. And start giving him respect as Big brother.
And if still not suffice Give him a tight slap !!!

Hi,
Revealing the issue in front of everyone will just take all the motivation to work in the organization away from him.+ He would not learn anything with that kinda punishment but will become more aggressive. Best way is to make him feel ashamed.
Ask that girl to go and tell him that she forgave him in front of the management and request him not to do it ever again to any girl describing the trauma a person feels.Tell him he might have a daughter in future, then he would have to go thru the same trauma everytime she is harressed.

Talk to him a very clearly and take decision which you have suitable, also don’t take any suggestion from anyone. That is better way I think.

I would suggest to put his shameful act with his photograph & his identity on a notice board of each & every corner of the company, whether its Gym, pantry, meeting room, clock room etc..., but don't disclose the name of a girl or her identity. Its should be confidential..
Also send a hard copy of it to his parents & relatives.

Dear Friend,
What ever you do think of that lady and your organisation rules and policy tells.
My suggestion ask that lady if she wants to marry that person make that and depromote him as her assistant.what ever you do, do infront of all employees so that it must be a lesson for the person who do like this.
