Transfer on personal threat to life - medical officer in a central psu
I m working as a medical officer in a central psu. due to certain issues which are beyond my control i have been facing threats from outsider i.e people outside the psu. can i request the management for transfer of my job to other places where company is operating? thanks in advance
Can be two pension allowed?
Can anyone advise regarding opting two family pensions. 1 one persons is employed in central government from there he has served for 12 years and eligible for getting pension and pension started from central government. 2 from there is permanently absorbed in the public sector undertaking after some years pension scheme is started in that psu and he became eligible to get pension in that psu also. can anybody tell me that is he can avail both pension one from central government and another from psu. with regards rk sinha randhirsinhayahoo.com
Transfer of gratuity - order which says that gratuity can be transferred from cpse to central government?
Bpe guidelines no. 228/82 dated 1401201982 is a guideline for transfer of gratuity and leave. can anyone provide me this or any order which says that gratuity can be transferred from cpse to central government?
Transferring of pf and gratuity - changed my job from central public sector unit (psu) to autonomous r&d centre, govt of india
Recently i have changed my job from central public sector unit psu to autonomous r&d centre govt of india. my question is transferring of pf and gratuity the present organization says to withdraw the pf and gratuity since you have been recruited as new. where as i applied through proper channel only and submitted my relieving letter also. my friends are suggesting to transfer pf present organization is having both epf and nps and gratuity. kindly guide me whether transfer or withdrawal. if transfer means suggest for relevant rules please.
Service continuation in application through proper channel
Dear seniors i am working in a psu for more than 5 years. i have applied in other psu through proper channel by forwarded application and got selected. as a mistake i have tendered my resignation mentioning as suggested by my hod. after realizing my mistake i have submiteed another letter mentioning the intention of joining the psu where the application was forwarded. queries 1 seeking the above scenario will my resignation be treated a 2 will i get the service continuation in new psu? what are the benefits of service continuation? 3 as per my knowledge after relieving my present psu will start settlement process including leave encashment and gratuity? should i accept the leave encashment and gratuity? 4 where should i approach present psu or new psu if i wish for leave and gratuity transfer. thanks and regards bablu
Applicability of minimum wages
After the last amendment in the idustrial dispute act the appropriate government in case of a psu became central government and accordingly registration was done and license was obtained from labour office central. in case of minimum wages act there is no amendment so the defination of appropriate government remains that of state government. does this means that even with registration with central labour office the wages to be paid to contract labourers will be those notified by state government. please advice/discuss
