2. About the business what the org. is into
3. Vision & Mission statements of the org.
4. Employee strength
5. Growth in the org.
6. Policies of the org. (Leave policy, attendance policy, harassment policy, recruitment policy, PMS policy, Statutory information, Exit policy etc.)

can anyone help me with how to analyse feedback for the questionnaire i prepared a week ago to improve our existing induction process i dint use any standard template or it wasnt an online survey i drafted it on word and now im facing problem whem im getting replies in bulk i dont knw hw to maintain the data and come out with conclusion.can anyone send me the standard excel sheet template
