I would like to review competencies matrix in each position in my company.
Can anybody send me sample of list of competencies, like accounting, HR, IT, etc...

Hi there,
Before you map competences of different positions in your organization you need to have generic competence agreed in your organization then you add other competencies which are related to the job.
The best tool for this is to use employees job description from there you will extract the competence required for each job in addition to the generic one.
Please find attached sample of competence for HR & IT as requested
