Case study - why company people always offer a handsome package to those who are in a good college although fresher?
Hi hr s i have one query form all the hr personnel kindly solve this query or case study. a person who is intelligent getting admission in a very good college and get a placement with a package of rs.1200000 pa and on the other hand a person who is more intelligent than the first person but get admission in an average college in his own home city due to location problem or health issue or some other genuine reason. he gets consistently good marks in that college where placement activities are of average. he is financially weak. in his last sem. he hardens the neck and moves to ncr for java training and during that period he started searching a job and faced interviews and he finally got the job. initially he appointed as a trainee with a package of rs. 5000 pm. the company was a renowned mnc. then after six months 7000/ pm than after completing one year he started his career with the same company with a package of 2.15 lac. pa. as a permanent employee of the company. after getting an experience of 2 years he switches to another company with a package of rs. 3.50 lac pa. 2 of his is rs. 3.50 lac. per and where on the other hand "firstperson" who is in a good college intelligence level is the same of both the guys get a package of rs. 1200000 lac. pa. as fresher level. can you tell me what the main idea of company people? why they go for a good or u can say the best college why not for hard work or intelligence. why company people always offer a handsome package to those who are in a good college although fresher. don t you both are for good how the second person can get good opportunities as he is hardworking intelligent and deserving.
Low salary as compared to my peers - can i tell the hr that since i am on a low package i need more hike?
Hi all i have a query regarding my salary. since i am posting for the first time so not sure if this is the correct thread but if not would request the moderator to move me or guide me to the right one. so here it goes. i have a total industry experience of more than 8 years but have a very low salary compared to my peers. now the problem is if i go for a new job interview and ask for a 3040 hike i still stay below par from the current industry trend. i should be getting a package of rs 8 to 9 lac as being eligible for an assistant manager role but due to some uncontrollable situations in the past i am now drawing a salary of rs 5 lac. so you see what i am referring to. now i want to understand as to how can i get to a salary of 8 lac if not 9 lac in my next interview. can i tell the hr that since i am on a low package i need more hike and would they consider my point and is that the correct approach and if not what are some ways i can negotiate so that i can be at par with the market? i don t really want to fake my salary and live with the fear of being caught. any and all suggestions would be highly appreciated. i look forward to a prompt response. thanks in advance.
About suspension and pay - fraud of twenty lac in our branch and lodged fir on me
Sir i was doing a job in punjab gramin bank clerk cum cashier last five year. but now due to fraud of twenty lac in our branch and lodged fir on me on the behalf of issue wrong chq. book. i was absent from from duty 3/3/15 to 3/6/15 but the bank suspended me on 6/5/15. on 3/6/15 when i go to join they give me a suspension letter. in the meantime i was on medical leave but i could not submit my medical during my absence. but when i joined i submit a medical of three months. after suspension 6/5/15 bank give me subsistence allowance but not give me full salary from 3/3/15 to 6/5/15. i have medical leave 109 and pl are 52 pending. how i can get the full salary of two months when i was on medical leave. plz suggest me.

15 years of full time education and covid19's impact - will big companies change their recruitment policies?
Hi all there was a longstanding criterion by many big companies in india where a candidate must have 15 years of fulltime education. i have tried myself at a few of the big companies where my first call becomes the last call for that position. even though i am certain that i am fully equipped for what that position demands. i am a ca student with b.com from now we are in a position where almost all of the education system in india became a distance learning and moreover lot of students x/x2 were promoted even without any exams. does anyone think that is completely nullify the 15 years of fulltime education requirement as we move along? will big companies change their recruitment policies?
