quality circles are much talked about concept in big industries can you give me some real example of its working from indian context.

Dear Sir,

I posted this Mail in March this year but good to see someone replying to atlast.

"Quality Circles is a informal Group of 7 -12 members meeting regularly on weekly basis to discuss Quality &productivity related issues,and other problems of shopfloor."

It is akind of platform for workers at grassroot to put forward their views and solve their own problems with help of upper management.

I wanted some examples from Indian industry in which these Quality Circles are Working Presently.
