Induction is the process done at the time of an employee joining the company. It is one of the joining formalities. You have to plan the induction a week ahead of the date of employee joining. It depends on the nature of the business, the induction needs to be planned. The new employee needs to understand the workflow of the company and all the depart overview. Major and main departments has to do their departmental overview and their role in the company. Eventhough, if the new joinee does not belong or related to a particular department, the induction needs to be done by that department also. This will help the new joinee to understand the department well.

Iam not much clear abt your question, but from my side Induction is something which is not done on daily basis, its done only when an new employee joins the company.
Induction check list would include the following:
Companies policies, procedures and norms
Groupware Introduction
Hr Policies ( Leave policy, corp lunch facilities, In house magazines and so on)
In relation to accounts (Bank account application, Deductions and other info)
ISO standards if Registered company
Administrator and usage of the same to be discussed.
See there are different paramenters of induction and suggested they are carried out by the respective heads of the same.
