Hi Everyone,
I've completed SAP-HR course from an unauthorised institution in Chennai few months ago. As I can't afford the high fees charged by siemens, I chose to do the course in this way. I want to know from seniors, whether this certification from such institutions will be have any recognition in the corporate world?

Certifications doesn’t matter Balaji, only your skills speaks....... All the SAP HR consultants working, are not certified...

Dear Balaji Sir,
I m in second sem of MBA and would take HR a my major. Trying to be a bit proactive should I look for SAP-HR now or should I wait. What should I do apart from this. right now I m working on a project on Reward and Recognition. Your guidance will be of great value

Dear All,
Thanks for your responses. I did my SAP-HR from PSP TECH in Chennai. Right now they've stopped training SAP and are training ORACLE. The problem is I could'nt get into implementation or even support. All I was offered was an end user's job which I'm not interested.
I know few guys who don't have much skills in SAP, but are in top IT companies just for the reason that they did their SAP in siemens. That's why I wanted to know, the course I did is enough or should I go for certification from authorised institutions.
Regards
Balaji.
