Actually i am a HR Manager of a company. in my company employee strength is 50 above but till now my company is not do PF registration. so is there any problem or if problem then what type of problem may arise. Please any senior person help me.

if you are above 21 employees you need to have PF registeration , Its very tedious process if you dont want that shift your employees and ask them to submit professional fees and TDS will be deducted

question is not what kind of problems can arise if PF is not registered. PF is a welfare activity.
employees can sign a petition at the PF office.
it is actually a healthy procedure to register for PF and ESI.
ask your employer.

I also registration in esic no.37-5106-170 but esic office in vapi says that online registration and online esic form fid up. How can i solve this problem.
And i have already reg.no. Abailable. Another can apply.
