Dear All Senior,
i am wrking in a company in HR Dept.
i am confuse from my security person bill. he is claiming in his bill 45.08% statutory dues.
details of statutory dues is given below.
pf+ fpf+pf admin link = 13.61%
esic = 4.75%
bonus = 8.33%
annual leave = 5.8%
national hoilday = 1.66%
uniform & seasonal wear = 5.00%
gratuity = 2.4%
so all of you are requested to kindly give me correct information abut this.
he is right or wrong

all of these thing are calcultaing in minimu wages given to gaurd and security supervisor.
for eg. security gaurd wages ( basic + vda) = (2535+1999.44) = 4535
security supervisor ( basic + vda) = (3090+2437.18)= 5528

do you have any agreement copy with you? On what basis he has prepared the bill.? Clarify with the security supervisor and how can the forum help you in clarifying your bills?

Dear Sir
I think you should call security company in place of secrity person
This is right bill but the calim manner is wrong
So you can pay him as same but be sure thaat he pay the Your Guard also as per claim components
You should collect PF number Salary register copy EPF challn laST RETURN OF EISI EPF LWF AND PAID BONUS REGISTER COPY AND CHECK ALL YOUR GUARD DOJ THAN YOU CHECK ELEGIBLITY OF GRADUATY

You need to check the original agreement between your company & service provider...
Service provider is liable to charge you for PF ESIC, Bonus etc. but pay him after checking his records of paysheet, PF & ESIC numbers of the personal deputed at your premises.
Gratuity, bonus should not be the part of monthly billing...

Dear All,
The bill for security guard is paid as per DGR rate which is decided by government to ex-serviceman only, it is not applicable to the civil guard. it is only paid to ex-serviceman. It is right bill claimed by security guard if they are ex-serviceman. you may refer the DGR rate circular.

all payment as per aggreement & bonus amt maximum Rs.292/- (8.33% of 3500/-) as per bonus act. P.K. Sharma

Dear,
Security bill is right. Statutory dues are as per rates laid down.
Additionally, security is 24 X 7 and whether it is DIWALI or HOLI, you require your guards, so you have to pay for national holidays, weekly offs etc as per labour rules.
Uniform allce is as per agreement generally.
