Guys 2 2 guys2/ gurls2 hey guys and girls the game is simple and easy all you have to do is.. for every boy that comes to this thread adds 2 means number 2 and every girl subtracts 2 means number 2 and i start with "50" if guys hit 100 they win if gurls hit 0 they win simple consecutive hits by same person is not allowed mean that if i hit first then i will not able to hit again untill other person hit either girl or guy 50
Can hr professionals think of onsite opportunities.....?
Hi all of us know that the technical guys are always interested in onsite opportunities. they are having ample chances to go onsite for shorter/longer duration with any of the it cos. but i have never heard of any hr person is going onsite for a client meet/interaction. so do you think that these onsite opportunities are never made for hr guys like us...? lets share the views thanks k. sanket

Lets discuss various hr biases which are prevalent and figure out how to handle them i would like to start the discussion by talking about the answer to question "why did you leave your previous organization" a common question but if any interviewee says that the reason was their reporting manager we think twice before hiring them max tims we reject the candidate. why??? when every survey has shown that "employees join organization and leave managers" guys for this post every view should translate into a> biases you feel exist in hr or b> what can we as hr profesionals do to deal with them
