All the above comes under Human relations. Only a sutle difference is there which depends on Industry to industry.
But the terms Labour relations denotes and covers the entire labour force and its relationship. In India those forces covered under the Labour Laws.
The term employee relations is generic in nature. Which means a labour covered under the labour laws in india as well those not covered under the labour laws.
In India Industrial relations means an Industry which carries manufacturing activity and denotes the relationship of the employee who is closesly associated with such industrial functions. In all practical realities in india it is the labourers who are closely related to the Industry function of manufacturing.

Dear Sarswati
Please find attached the latest minimum wages in UP (effective from 1st April 2010 and valid up to 31st October 2010).
Further i would advise that you please place your request on a seperate thread. This thread actually related to 'Labour Relations'. A thread in one particular subject matter should continue in the same subject.
Thanks and have a great time
