Hi All,
I would like to know that should there be separate performance appraisal form for the team leader and his/her team members. We have a appraisal from which has all the parameters required to enable the HR to guage the employees performance over the year.
Kindly respond as soon as possible.

Hi,
Logically speaking, yes there should be a separate criteria and form for the team leader.
The team members contribute indivdiually in a team. But it is the task of the team leader to harmonise, coordinate and deliver the team target. ( how ever small the team may be).
There may be some commn attributes in the format for team leader and members buts thay can not be the same 100%
