Hi all,
It seems Abhishek had worked hard on this project but I feel now the senerio has changed & job markets are agian in boom. I am not sure about other countries but atleast in India I feel, it is so. HR is again in limelight not only for recruitment but for retaintion stretagy too. So, I am not fully agree with Abhishek's papers.
