Need help in "Manpower Costing"

Hi Frnds,

I m in a great problem & need ur valuable help.

I have asked to prepare report of manpower costing & I don't have any idea, how to calculate manpower costing.

So, frnds if any body have any format in excel sheet to calculate
manpower costing by putting information then pls. send me it will be a great help for me.

Hi,

Manpower Cost should calculate on this type;

Gross Salary + ESI, PF Employer Contribution + Conveyance + Insurance + Special Allowance

Manpower Costing

Recruitment Cost,
Gross Salary,
Employer Contribution to ESI, PF and Insurance,
Allowances (Medical Allowances, Food allowance etc.),
Conveyance,
Welfare Facilities,
Consultant Charges,
Bonus, Gratuity, various type of Incentives,
Relocation Expenses
Telephone Expenses

Above all will include in Manpower Cost.
