You can plan some Target based incentives for the HR people in the BPO sector,
1)Target on manpower recruitment,
2)Set a Target Retention rate,
3)Attrition percentage to be kept low to a certain percentage
4)ESI - employee Satisfaction Index can also be a measure
5)Employee Engagement and Motivation Intiatives taken by HR can also another criteria .
6) You can also give some incentive to HR on Recruitment Percentage without the help of Job Consultants.
