Full and final settlement Hi,
I worked 3yrs for a pharma company as a mktg exe in sales. I resigned in march 2009 for higher studies. I have not yet received my full n final settlement, including my 2months salary & incentives of 2008.
I received a letter mentioning i have out standings amount due to pay to company or else action will be taken against me.
Which i replied by mail demanding my salary & incentive. Since 3 months i had been mailing for it 2 HR & my boss, who says they r waiting for my boss reply, who do not bother to reply my mails.
My question
is How should i proceed?
Is it too late to ask my full and final settlement?
According to the Karnataka Labour LAw and what can i do about the delay
Please Help

Please share me Honble SC judgement copy :-
1. which levied 15 % penal interest on the employer for not settling legitimate dues of employee after seperation
2. HC -SC judgement :- Details of the penalty on the employer in case non compliance of statuatory payment .
