Hi!
While submitting ESI Challan we have by mistake mentioned less wages in company challan and higher wages in other company challan But at the same time we have deposited and mentioned the correct amount of employer and employees contribution and the totals also.
Is it possible to rectify such error in the returns with ESI authority. Kindly help.
Thanks & regards

Gupta, You question is not clear.
less wages in company challan and higher wages in other company challan How many companies and how many challans? How can you pay the correct amount when its wrongly mentioned in the challan?

Hi!
What I mean to say is we have mentioned wrong wages in the challan but the amount deposited is correct and correct figures are mentioned in employers and employees contribution also.
My question is while submitting the ESIC returns can we give the clarification for the amount of wages and give correct amount of wages with the letter.
Also in one month we have mentioned less wages and in other month we have mentioned higher wager wages but the contribution mentioned and deposited are correct.
Thanks & regards
