hi i’m suffering with chicken pox from three days. i have to submit a leave letter immediately. plz help me.

you just write a letter stating that I am unable to come office due to suffering with Chicken Pox from last three days. Currently I am taking treatment under doctor advice. Hence I request you to please grant me leave from to ?????

Are you working or studying. This is such a basic question. A kind advice is that, just give a try and then if you still don't succeed then you shall post the query after having a brief search in this site..
