Hi,
I was working in one private organization from June,2005 to Feb,2009 and now i have joined the new organization. I want to transfer the PF account from old to new organization and i have filled all the necessary forms while joining the new organization.Now the PF people says that there are missing documents one is form 3A from 2005-2006 and form 5-10 of last company. Current organization has done acquisition on old organization. Now what should i do to get my PF transfer done properly. Please help me to understand this. Do my previous organization has to submit the Form 3A and Form 5-10 or do i need to do fill it myself. To whom i should talk to regarding this ?

Dear Dharam, ur previous company is to be submitted the Form 3A & 5-10. bcoz the organization does not give 3A to employee..........

Hi Ritesh,
Thanks for the reply. So should i request my current company to submit it because this company has done acquisition of my old company. Other thing is would they be keeping that old document with them or the company has to submit newly. I was bit scared in case they say me that we don't have the document and i don't get my pf transfer successfully and more over if the transfer doesn't happen but when i try to get my amount back from old company's PF account and at that time they create the same kind of problem. Would i get my all money back in the worst scenarios. Please help me to understand all these question.

Mr.Dharam
You are asking for 3A for the year 2005-2006.It is the responsibility of company to submit it with annual return.If the company does not submit the annual return,PF office declare it as defaulter and legal action will taken againest it.
Check it with the company otherwise make a return complaint to PF authorities.Your money is safe, dont worry..
