I m 100% OPPOSE of this new wage ciling from 10000 to 15000, I agree with others who are working in differenct company and suffering from huge esic deduction from salary which is no use. Majority of the employees are paying lots of money in esic deduction but there is lac of facility in esic Hospital and unavilability of the doctors etc. I have seen many employees are not taking the benefits of ESIC & also always unsatisfied about their deduction of ESIC which is of 0 use to them.
I would like to request everyone pls oppose this law by sending ur objection to the mentaion ADD :-
