Greetings to all CiteHr members,
During the Performance appraisal season, we discovered that giving feedback seems to be a rather difficult task. More so if the feedback was critical and developmental.
We put our thoughts together into this presentation and we think it will be a great help to all who manage people.
I am sure we can use some of this techniques even in our personal life.

feedback is indeed necessary and yet we all find it difficult to accept.

the most imp part before we give or recieve feedback is in preparing the mind set that it is USEFUL to us
