I am pursuing MBA(HR).I am in my final sem.I am going to seat for an interview in one of the leading manufacturing companies in India(In the IR Dept).This is my first big opportunity nd i don wanna miss it.so I need ur help.I need to know wat kind of questions i can expect in the interview specially related to IR and Labour Laws.My mail id is .

Kindly understand various IR concepts, Viz.,

- Applicabilty of Act, Rules
- Amendments
- Grievance Handling procedure
- Drafting letters, show cause, charge sheet
- Handling Domestic Enquiry
- Employee Counselling etc.
