I Hope you have a copy of terms and conditions or agreement which has been signed by both the parties. On the basis of that check as to many candidates are still working with the organisation and send them an invoice in there format.
Or Else I will attach a copy of same for your perusal.

Go to your post and check whether you have the "edit" tab in the top right hand corner of the post. If it is there you can delete the post if not send the link to Sid and request him to remove it. he would remove it.

Can anyone share general market terms at which point of time invoice needs to raise to client.
1. As soon as candidate placed in organisation.
2. or Employee completed 3 months tenure.
3. or any other condition.
Also need to know for contract services at which point of time needs to raise to client.

We raise the invoice after 21 days from the appointment letter issued. If any candidate left the job within 90 days, we must send another candidate to fulfil that position without any charge.
