It is said that traditional theories like great man theory, contingency theories, situational theory, path goal theories are not any more applicable.Is servant- leadership the new theory or there is any other? Most of the organisations in India still follow the typical heirarchical model so which leadership theory will be most applicable in this context. Servant-leadership model also does't preach something new its the old wine in new bottle. Our "Gita" consists of all the principles which servant- leadership model talks about. So, which leadership theory is the most relevant.
