Competency Assessment Process

Dear All,

Iam due for a competency assessment for all the levels in the company,
We do have the format of the same which consists of the parameters like Functional Skills and Soft skills.

I want to know what more parameters can be added in order to implement it, Could you pls help me with a well designed and structured format of competency for all the levels.
