a small game: ask every student to contribute a line or two to develop a story. and wind up by saying few line about the group activity outcome.

I think its all about "JUST BEING YOURSELF" , positive attitude,being humble and the willingness to learn....ofcourse,the person need to have technical skills too for the position he is appearing.... You can actually conduct mock interviews and correct the students on the same....check out the below link.
