hiii all... im doing a project titled " impact of work culture on employee performance". can u pls tell me the difference btw work culture and organization culture and also suggest few questionnaire for my topic...

i am doing my Mba in hr. i am also doing my project on work culture exploration. i can suggest you to read HRD audit written by TV Rao.
you can get the questionnaire on HRD climate from that book. and i am also having organisation culture survey. but right now it is not with me. you give your email id so i can send you that. you can see site of tvrao.
