i wish to take up "WORK LIFE BALANCE " as topic...but i am hardly finding any material on this...
if any one has points or have any info...can u plz tell me..

Hi padma,
I've attached 2 articles.I just submitted a talk regarding this.i think it may helpful to you.
pls have :
1. What is the need of w - l balance ?
2. its not a hot topic in pre 90s.so why the need arises now?
3. What is the reason for the imbalance? (on the employer side:,on the employee side:. societal pressure etc)
4. you can make a comparison between a worker and an artist for whom job itself a leisure.
if its seems logical mail me i'll provide more input.

Need of w - l balance: b'cas we r not robots.v 've social side (other committment) too - eg: family( satisfying the needs of wife,parents,child,friends).man needs leisure,purpose of earning is to live.
its a hot topic in post 90s b'cas of globalisation,competiton,increased opporunity,changing valuse..
