But there should be 01 PL/EL for 20 worked Days( Physically Present Day, Half day will be deemed as 01 day for computation of Physical Present Days )

Plz go through chapter VIII on leave with wages under the Factories Act, 1948 & be informed that CL & SL are given under State Industrial Establishment ( National & Festival Holidays & Casual & Sick Leaves) Act.
