Dear All,

Thanks all of you and CiteHR.com team to accepting me in the family.

I would like to know about compliance of weights and measures department i.e. Legal Metrology Dept. regarding fabricks and cloths at retail store-
1)What is the compliance in the Weights & Measures Act for fabrics in long length form (taka) and cut lengths (pcs) – If we keep cut the fabrics and sale to customers in meter & centimeter what compliance we need to fulfill.
2)When we bill for fabric at the retail store level, does the bill also have to mention composition of fabric i.e. ‘100% wool or cotton’, ‘pv’, other blend, etc.

Friends kindly guide.
