Dear Surilko

Greetings!

Sample Good Bye Letter

I wanted to take a moment to let you know that I am leaving my position at ABC Corporation. I will be starting a new position at XYZ Company next month.

I have enjoyed my tenure here and I appreciate having had the opportunity to work with you. Thank you for the support, guidance, and encouragement you have provided me during my time at ABC. Even though I will miss my colleagues and the company, I am looking forward to this new challenge and to starting a new phase of my career.

Please keep in touch, I can be reached at my personal email address (xyz@gmail2.com) or at home, 555-121-2222.

Thanks again for everything.

Yours truly,

To all Colleagues and Friends,

I would like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt thanks to you for giving me the opportunity to work at XYZ company. I really appreciate the time that I spent working with all of you, on both a professional and personal level.

I just want to thank my boss Mr. ABC for giving me the chance to work at such a great place where i was able to learn and apply what i learned towards my new job.

I have so many people to thank for their support and dedication that it is impossible to personally get to see you all with the short time that was available.
I truly am humbled to have worked with such a group of "get in and get it happening people" and I am so proud of the achievements that you have accomplished both in the operation and (for quite a lot of you) for your own personal accomplishments.

I could go on listing people and groups but in the end the message would still be: I have truly enjoyed my time here and have been well supported with the work and outcomes we have achieved.

I leave this place with great confidence in the people here, knowing that they are capable of overcoming any hurdles that will come up, singularly, and more importantly, together. We have managed to assemble a very competent and practical group that provide excellent support to the management team. This provides me with a sense of pride and gratitude that is indescribable.

I can be contacted if required on following no.and address - (M. no & email ID)

Dear Staff,

It is with mixed emotions that I send this email. As some of you know, I have accepted a position at another company. It was not an easy decision to make because I truly enjoy working with all of you here at [Current Company].

I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation to my friends and colleagues. I have learned a great deal from you and will miss your company. It has been a great pleasure working with you all.

Best wishes to you.

Sincerely,
