Excellent one. But I found wrong answers given for:
2) Clerical Ability Test Q-16. Answer should be A&B

I think there must be some typographical error or MY MISTAKE?? Please correct me.

Very useful information but if it is used for B school students as quoted by Noopur then "how will you judge the caliber of the student" to do management programs.Even if this test is used for job applicants then " how will u analyse them in terms of skills required for the job".I request all of them to please comment on these statements.

Its good set of Questions, but how to anyalise it afterall, how to Interpret the overall score, can anybody suggest this thing.

This test is useful to understand the psychological balance level of candidate and for skill based interview assessment we can have competency based interview evaluation and primary requisite for this is preparation of competency dictionary for each position.

Please find attached a ideal competency dictionary from Harvard University, which will be a bench mark for preparation of your own organizations competency dictionary.
