i go through the search tab.there is no answer for my question.and i have one more doubt suppose i took one day leave before festival holiday.and after one day holiday.am i eligible to get that festival holiday?

You must be knowing that this Act is a State Act & therefore it is hereby advised to go through your State Industrial Establishment ( National & Festival Holidays and Casual & sick Leaves) Act for provisions on grant of National & Festival Holidays for your query.I do hope you will find the eligibility conditions for availing these holidays.
