Dear Sir, Can any employer having employees less than 20 get Employee’s Provident Fund (EPF) Code No. under Employee’s Provident Fund & Miscellaneous Provision Act 1952. A K SINGHANIA

Ch.Bhanu - 
I want know the Employer of "Pinnamaneni Poly Clinic", Pinnamaneni poly Clinic Road, Siddhartha Nagar, Vijayawada - 10, Krishna District, EPF Code No. Please help in this regard.

yes. the employer has to make a voluntary pf application u/s 1(4) of the EPF & MP Act. He also has to obtain consent of majority of the employees for same.
