Its preethi here...I would be greatfull if you all suggest me a statistical tool to analyse employee engagement survey....I have prepared a questionnaire using Q12 model....but the flaw is that i cant include options such as agree,strongly disagree so on and the questionnaire is open ended as well as close ended ..... more over i have to call up the employees and they are of lower cadre i.e their education level is only upto 12th...now i dont know which statistical tool is should be using to analsis their answers........

I am amazed at the request. When you would have known about the need of submitting a project report well in advance, why the panic 2 days before the deadline?
Without knowing the nature of the data collected it is not possible to give you sound advice. You can't use statistical tests for analysing data collected using open-ended questions. What sort of close-ended questions have you asked?
Please give more info about where you are studying/working and for what qualification, etc.

I am doing my summer project in 3M india ltd,My topic is employee engagement and my objectives are to study employee satisfaction,nature of supervision.Are these right objectives(my external guide is not Giving me any suggestions)The Questionnaire i would be using is Close ended most of the Options are Yes or no.Few Q's like "are the Targets Achievable" options such as High,medium ,low.
I should have apt Questions for the contract employees as they are being paid 4000 per month and they are sales executives.
Sir Please Suggest me how can i frame questions as the company's external guide keeps rejecting my quesstionnaire as i am new to the project work and its part of my MBA course ...
