Dear all,
There a provision which is known as "Deemed Confirmed".
As per this on completion of your probation period if the employer doesnot issue you an Extension of Probation letter, then you are deemed as confirmed in the organisation. This is supported by all Labour Acts.
So dont bother use it if required.
