I appreciate if information about the Security Guards Board for Nashik, Raigad, Nagpur, Pune and Aurangabad made available e.g. act or rules, contact details including address, website, area of the board, pay scales, etc.

We are having a Security agency in which there are fourteen guards and two supervisor. The problem is that the Agency person does not give the payments or any other benefits to its employees hence guard is performing their duty properly. Our management has decided to discontinue the Agency and hire the same guards under our company's pay roll.
If we do the above is theire any problem. Or is there any other solutions. As these guards and good in their activities but they are not happy with the agency.
What steps should be taken to hire the same guard from the agency and discontinue the agency.

There is a big no no from industrial sector such as (TATA INFOMEDIA, BASF, GALAXY ,SURFACTANTS, INOX INDIA PVT.LTD ,NOCIL ) regarding guard board as the services offered by them is not up to the mark, secondly there is union bound to happen in your company and then its some what forceful service that even if you want terminate the guard board service you want be able to due security guard board herein referred as (SGB) because of the legal problem they create and the problem for company as well as upcoming security agency and the rates are too high as per top notch security service agency plus the rates are not matching the services provided by sgb and the payment has to be cleared of at 7th of every month or a penalty of 10% plus there are lot of clauses hence better hire private agency .
so its opinion to hire private agency pay them good but also on the same hand look for the compliance that they duly pay e.s.i.c and p.f and service tax and private agency are not permanent in case you need to replace it quite easy which is not in the same as in sgb
