I have been given the responsibility of Office Guest House - keeping track of pantry, and its expenses, guest coming and going etc etc.
Can someone help / guide me how to perform this task tactfully and professionally. Would like to have some formats for tracking guests, expenses, caretaker etc.
In addition to above, Just Give a register to Guest House guard to maintain following details.. You will get all your answers and you can able to develop customised MIS

Movement Register (Gate No. 1)
S.No. >> Date >> Time >> Movement type (In/Out) >> Movement of (Guest/Staff/Material/Other) >> Purpose of Movement >> Total Count (personnel) >> Total Count (Material /Belongings) >> Remarks
If the above said register is maintained honestly you will get the basic proof / Track records of activities running in guest house and most important surprise checking of register on weekly basis is necessary for authentication o of details.
Formats are really very useful. First format, I need to consult my seniors how it is prepared. All the formats are extremely professionally impressive.

Excuse me for delayed reply as I was travelling. These excel sheets are TEMPLATES. Templates must be preserved hence the read-only status.
You need to save them as "new file name" and then you can make all the changes and customized to your needs.
