Interestin!!! had a doubt though... elaborate "If we focus on results, change will not happen and if we focus on change results will" I doubt if thats universal? Regards, Mehek

Please note that this material is only a myth. This had appeared at CiteHR before and I had made comments. Please see Have a nice day Simhan

That was really amazing and truly inspirational about the life of eagles especially the 150 days of painful change leads to 30 yrs of energetic life. I think in general we are all averse to change but once it changes then life would truly enjoyable and fulfilling.

Dear Sir,
Thank you for the URL. Truly I have developed the same from these slides. I previously have uploaded this show one month back and the response was tremendous. On the same day I have uploaded another presentation under the title motivation series 2 and within 15 days there was 3000 + viewers. But my first presentation which I believe to be a good one hardly made 1900 + hits.
So I thought of promoting the same again under the title motivation series 1.
I sincerely admit that the script and some picture have been adapted from the previous slide. I thought of modifying the same with more realistic pictures.
Eagles’ breaking the beaks is not a myth. Further the life span can not be more than 30-40 years.
Best regards

Dear Mr Mehak,
Thank you for the question,
"If you are on the way to travel 100/hr and you are having a cycle...."
If you focus only on result, can you achieve, this with a bicycle or will you change to some faster mode of transports....
This is universal..
regards
Viswanath
