Hi Friends, I am working in a pvt. ltd software firm from last 3 yrs and senior most too in all current employees. There is no such computerized attendance system, all employees use an application developed by inhouse team, just to lessen the paper work. I am actually a bit lazy, and manytime i miss the log in time limit, which is 9.30 AM. However, couple of days ago our company's HR executive (We do not have HR Manager), issued a notice (Pic1) to all employees regarding log in and log out limits (9.30 to 6.30). I also leave office at around 7.30 or sometimes beyond. Its because one of our client comes online around the same time i leave. The dept, HR and my immediate boss is well aware about it. However, being a consistent late log in and log out, we both had formal discussion to correct myself. They gave a time period of 15 days, there was not any written or mail regarding the discussion, just a reference of a notice. Today i received a memo mail (so called).. saying i have failed to the commitment (Pic2)..
Now since there was just a conversation regarding the time log ..
Hi i am not a senior person but i can suggest you, be careful for all these in & out log.
I think you have to accept your mistake & insure them you will take care of this in future.
Bcoz if you will give them lame excuses this will create a
problem for you.
Thanks, in case then i will strictly adhere to said timings, because then i may think to reject any responsibility after 6.30 PM. because i have a feeling like they are playing mind tricks with me.... i am not sure because at certain incidences i waited till 10.00 PM just to complete the work, some times the situation was so tight that i was working till 2.oo AM. It becomes illogical then.....
